“Great Staff, Suite is not big”

In short: Very friendly and helpful staff. If I get a room with wired internet, I would stay here again. I had booked a "suite" with two double beds and a sofa bed, theoretically six people could sleep here. “First visit of San Francisco”

The Front desk clerk, Mika was very helpful in choosing our city tour. She provided us with many choices and explained the difference between all of them. Also, everyday she made sure that we enjoyed our stay.

“poor service”

I tried to call the front dest, but even can't find the hotel number on the key cover. Finally I searched online and found it, but the front dest on duty at noon on May 9,2013 wasn't frendly and unwilling to help. The person who cleaned my room threw my personal stuffes and denied.

We stayed here as a family with 2 daughters (11 & 13) over Easter, and we felt the service was welcoming and our toilet also backed up and they fixed it straight away.
