My wife and I purchased a 1 night package. It was great to spend a short break in Nob Hill. We ate at Venticello nearby which I highly recommend. The location is great. You are right atop nob hill. Yes, this is a boutique hotel, but it is maintained very well. Rooms are spacious (for San Francisco), and the bathroom is very big, clean and bright. Rooms are equipped with LCD tv's, leather chairs, business desk, ipod dock, WALK IN CLOSET. Our memory of this hotel will be that it was dak and gloomy with extortionate parking costs. We had a room on the 10th floor which did have a wonderful view.
