This hotel was dreadfully overpriced and under-serviced. I am a sophisticated traveler and for this place to call itself a luxury hotel is ridiculous. The problems:
1. At 3 pm, my room was not ready. I was kept waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby resonant with pop music.
2. The shower leaked, the water never became hot, the towels...
