Great location, close to downtown Bar Harbor, friendly proprietors, great breakfast, and friendly (but respectful) dogs! Coffee, tea, snacks always available. We stayed in the Garden Room - really tiny private bathroom, but otherwise very nice. Off season rates very reasonable, we would definitely recommend it!
