We are military and have traveled extensively in the Far East and SE Asia with 2 small children -- so to say this is the worst place we have been is to be caveated by, we have stayed at INCREDIBLE places. PIC has had a great reputation for me, growing up on Guam. The waterpark is considered one of the best. But lately, it hasn't been keeping up with its reputation. The most important thing to remember when you arrive to the PIC Guam is that you are NOT staying for the rooms! If you keep that in mind, you'll have a great trip. Kids Paradise!!!! Water facilities are perfect but the rooms are old and it is better to pay more and to stay in the Ocean Tower 1.
