This is probably the worst facility - Marriott I have ever been in. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, the paint looks terrible and is peeling and the bathroom looked patched back together. Room was average but alot nicer on the inside of the hotel than the outside. Rooms have a nice view. Great location on the beach. Lots of much meeded construction and remodeling going on on the exterior of the building. Staff is very pleasant.

It looks like they are finally getting around to doing some upgrading. The hotel itself is still a good hotel located close by to the shopping and eating. I still like coming here and am glad they are finally doing some renovations. Hotels staff is accommodating and the breakfast is fantastic. Love to snorkel out back while I am there...

Very nice hotel. Beautiful views. Excellent Executive lounge. Hotel needs some help, but the staff makes up for the lack of updates. Try and plan ahead with a package that includes breakfast with the room. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The Sunday seafood brunch is worth diving into. Good location. Eateries just a short walk away.

For the $290 a night rate we thought we would get Marriott level in the states for a "suite" which was just a large run down room with a king bed. Property needs a major overhaul.
