While the Plantation Inn is officially labeled as a B&B, it really is an inn, with its 19 rooms, gardens and pool area. Three different parking areas are provided on the property, which is very convenient as parking in Lahaina is otherwise quite difficult. Location is ideal, just two blocks away from Front Street. Lahaina is a beautiful and very... More

We stayed at the plantation Inn, in lahaina, maui April 2013. We arrived at the Inn and was greeted immediately, the staff made us feel very welcome. We received a free upgrade to our room and stayed in a beautiful suite. The room was spacious and beautiful. The location is the best by far. Everything was with in walking distance.... More

As good as ever. We've been at the Plantation Inn a couple of times, interspersed with a staying at the Hyatt Regency. The Plantation Inn is just the right mixture of location and ambiance. The rooms are clean, lovely with the just the right touch of Aloha. In pricey, pricey Maui its great to have a small fridge in the... More

This was our first B&B experience and the best part was Gerard's restaurant, which you can't miss. The location of the inn is PERFECT, you can walk to everything. It has that nostalgic old world Hawaiian feel with modern amenities. We chose the Lanai Suite with the king bed and lovely balcony sitting area overlooking the pool. We actually slept with... More

Whenever we visit Maui, the Plantation Inn is the Only place that we will stay...we have even worked out our trips based on Hotel availability. The service is excellent the property while small is beautifully kept and tranquil, and the Breakfasts- the hidden gem. It's a quick walk to Front Street Lahaina so it's very convenient and you won't have... More

This hotel in Lahaina is close to Front Street, where shops and restaurants are. That's convenient. It has an attached fine dining restaurant Gerald's. But some rooms are too close to the restaurant. The noise from people talking is just too loud. I don't blame the dinner guests; the Inn shouldn't put guests in those rooms right next to or... More

My wife and I were in Maui for an anniversary/baby-moon trip (and to visit friends, explore, relax, etc.) and were looking for a comfortable, pretty, peaceful place as home base. We like to be walking distance to restaurants and shops, but still feel like we're not right in the middle of all the fuss. Plantation Inn was perfect! It is... More

In early Feb. last year we went round the world and our very favourite stay was at the Plantation Inn. I can't remember writing a review as there was so much happening on our return, so here goes. The welcome was wonderful and our ground floor room with small patio was first class. Breakfast on the poolside terrace was delicious... More

We stayed at the Plantation Inn for 3 nights and absolutely love it! The staff, especially Sam, Regina, and Lynette were so welcoming! They made our stay so wonderful and comfortable! Thank you so much to all 3 of them! As many had mentioned, the inn is so centrally located in Lahaina, within a few quick minutes to walk to... More

We spent 4 days in Lahaina and enjoyed our stay even though the weather was a bit wet. The Plantation Inn's location is perfect...an easy walk to Front Street and back without all the street noise and activity. The lanai room was a ground floor unit which was great for using the pool, having breakfast and visiting/relaxing on the lanai.... More
