The Banyan has two good things going for it: Kamaole II beach is just across the street and The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. The Banyan has two areas: condos and hotel rooms. Stayed here for 2 weeks (12-03 to 12-17-2011). Room was part of a timeshare. It had not been updated but was Ok anyways.
