aFamily of four stayed in condo #302. It is a third floor unit, lanai with view of the property, pool, parking. The condo was very nice, updated, clean with all the amenities the boogie boards and beach chairs came in handy. House rules were minimal. 1 queen bed and two twin beds and pillows were comfortable. In unit washer and... More

Back in wet and cold British Columbia from our winter break in wonderful Maui. We really enjoy our stay at the Maui Parkshore, it's our home away from home. We have always been fortunate enough to meet friendly and interesting people there. The common areas and the pool area are always in tip top condition thanks to Resident Manager Jeff,... More

I too, do not understand the unfair criticism of Jeff. He was terrific the 3 weeks we were there last October. He was up very early every morning to clean the pool and 'patrol' the area, cleaning and tidying up. He was always pleasant to chat with and gave lots of advice on the complex itself and nearby areas. We... More

I felt bad when someone wrote negatively about our ground's kepper, Jeff. We have stayed at the Maui Park Shore for many years now, in fact the condo we stay in is just next door to Jeff's. He does a great job of keeping the place immaculate. Rules are a good thing becasue they keep things in order. Just a... More

My husband and I just spent 3 wks at the Maui Parkshore in Unit #114. This unit is located on ground level and is easily accessible. You don't have to climb stairs or take the elevator. The kitchen has just been remodelled and looks fantastic. All the amenities are there including washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We usually eat... More

Ah Maui....What a wonderful place. We've been going to maui and staying at the Mparkshore for the last 5 years. however, this year, our regular unit was booked out - so we found another through a friend. The parkshore has the best location IMO in Kihei, but i must admit that the unit we'd been staying at would never prompt... More

The location and view from the lanai were wonderful. The actual condo was very dated, I am sure it still had all original paint, cupboards, wall coverings and much of the furniture from the early 70s. The mirrored wall in the bathroom was a bit of a shock. We could have overlooked that, if the cleaning crew had done a... More

I stayed at the Parkshore in early November in a top floor unit on the pool corner near the street where the road noise was the greatest and was the only drawback in the stay for the 1st 2 days. A 10 minute walk will get you to anywhere needed for food, beaches etc., or the bus stops are outside the... More

We just spent 7 days at the Maui Parkshore> For the most part it was very pleasant. There were a few things that were kind of strange. The beds were very uncomfortable. Out of the 3 ceiling fans in our condo only 1 worked otherwise the condo was well furnished. If you go and arrive late in the day you... More

We've stayed at Mauiparkshore for the last 20 years. We love it here. It is away from all the busy tourist hotels and usually is nice and quiet. The location is excellent, it is right across from the beach and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The full kitchen makes it easy to make food and you... More
