This is a nice place, but could use a little decor. The outside grounds are amazing, the owners are nice and helpful. It's a very peaceful quiet place, just outside of town but within easy driving distance to most attractions around Hana. The hot tub was nice and is a good place to relax in the rainforest. The cottage itself... More

Loved this place from the start, we stayed in the Hana Cabana it is a small cottage that is one room with seperate bathroom and toilet inside the cottage. It has a full kitchen including oven with a grill out side. A sofa and chair, with TV, outside there is a hot tub on a good sized deck. We had... More

We loved this place. Pulled up to it and it was like driving thru a lush garden to an oasis. The scenery immediately helps you relax and just enjoy being in Hana. The house we stayed in had everything we needed, including a BBQ that we used for a meal. The hot tub at night was fantastic to relax in... More

Overall, this is a well maintained and cared for property, but if ever in Hana again we will probably stay elsewhere. Yes, everything mentioned on their website is there, but it felt kind of isolated, and although some may like that, we were not thrilled. There is a ceiling fan, but it is not right over the bed so it... More

There are two cottages available, and my husband and I stayed in the "tradewinds" one. I think the other is called "cabana." After seeing such glowing reviews here on TripAdvisor we thought we were in for a super romantic getaway. It didn't really deliver. The cottage itself was nice, with a well equipped kitchen. But it definitely didn't feel private.... More

If you are staying in Hana I'm not sure you could beat this place. A quiet place in the middle of a flower garden was just what we needed after a few days on the busy side of the island. Plenty of utensils, pots and pans, gas grill, hot tub jacuzzi, full size fridge, basically everything you need. Just don't... More

Serenity, tranquility, utter relaxation. If your aim in coming to Maui is to hang in resorts, get bound up in traffic, and mingle with hoards of tourists, then this isn't the place for you; on the other hand, if you're up for the distant roar of surf, the soothing twitters of morning birds, the peace and quiet that solitude brings,... We really did not know what to expect from our trip to Hana. Upon arrival, the quiet solitude of this lovely cottage made the grueling Hana Highway well worth it. Rebecca and Mike are wonderful hosts, very knowledgeable and helpful. Our time spent (in Hana) and the surrounding area would not have been so enjoyable if not for this peaceful... More

Our experience staying in this cottage was nothing less than idyllic. It is located in the middle of a tropical flower and fruit garden. When I say it was like Eden, I mean it. You can see the ocean from the windows. There is an excellent hot tub. Because of the incredible privacy, my wife and I were able to... More

We stayed in the Tradewinds cottage for a few nights in July. We have three boys and there was ample space for us. We loved the farm, the views, the quiet. The whole family did enjoy the hot tub-with the lanai you could still use it in the rain! We were there in the dry season, and it did rain... More
