There are many excellent qualities of this resort: the location, amenities, and most of all, service. However, there was one persistent problem throughout the experience and one critical problem at the end of the experience. “This hotel and all aspects of the service experience were nothing short of perfect!”

My wife and I planned our first trip to HI as a way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The personal service and attentiveness of the staff were extraordinary. The setting was sublime and the food was excellent. The best and relaxing vacation we have had in our lives.

No complaints, a very memorable trip thanks to the staff at Four Seasons Resort at Lana'i at Manele Bay. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was amazing as well as the pool and beach area. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the Ocean Hale. Made it a very memoable vacation.
