If your looking for a place to sleep & shower this is it. The unit was clean except for behind the bed & couch. Probably would not have noticed had I not been looking for a place to plug in the laptop. If you are going to be plugging in, bring a power strip! I was thankful I had one.... More

We stayed in Sandpiper 229A, managed by Condo Bob (Bob Estes). We enjoyed our stay and might probably stay here again, for a shorter stay. First, the not-so-good: The unit was clean when we arrived; however, the bathroom in particular was showing its age (mold and mildew). The beds were not very comfortable - they were very lumpy and saggy... More

We stayed in 229B, the one bedroom with lanai, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. We were a little unsure of our "great deal" (we booked last minute off of craigslist.com) due to few reviews, but figured we couldn't go wrong with being in Kaua'i. When we arrived we were nicely surprised at how clean, quiet, and safe our location was.... More

Just recently stayed in Sandpiper Village in 229 A and B and loved it!! Wasn't sure at first after the lack of reviews and the negative reviews on here, but we really loved it and had a great time! It was quiet and beautiful, the condo had everything we could possibly need!! True, Princeville is far from everything, but it... More

No parking & Unpleasant residents. Only two handicapped stalls which are rarely available. We were assigned a stall which was taken by what looked like a local's truck. My in-laws, who have a handicap card, couldn't find parking for most of the week. Cars with no place-cards and appear in younger 20's, who seemed completely healthy, took the handicap stalls.... My husband and I stayed for a week in Sandpiper 121B and it was just right for the two of us. The first night, it was a little loud but the next day we went and bought a little fan and that made a world of difference. We loved that we were able to make all our meals in the... More

We stayed at Sandpiper for a week in April. This was a last minute trip for us and we booked our trip with condo bob. We originally were going to stay at The Cliffs but he told us it got booked before we confirmed, so we stayed at Sandpiper. We had an assigned parking spot, #62 so that was good.... More

We had an excellent vacation while staying at the Sandpiper Village condo's. It was completely furnished with everything you would want or need. The grocery was expensive, but convenient. The Sandpiper Village was well maintained and beautiful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful and the noise level was zero.. The owner communicated with us via emails and phone calls and... More

Arrived at dusk to find out that there are only a limited number of parking spaces. When I called the manager he said to park anywhere but to keep going out to check the parking lot for an empty space because they will tow your car! His other suggestion was to park about a 1/4 mile way at the Princeville... More

My husband and I stayed for two weeks at the Sandpiper. Mid-way through our stay we had to move to anther condo, which sucked. The oven was very dirty and the condo wasn't as nice as it should have been for the price we paid for our stay (refrigerator was old and had visible rust on the outside and inside,... More
