Beautiful new, and decorator furnished units, but you could be just about anywhere in Southern California. There is a constant flow of traffic, which isn't particularly loud, but drowns out the sounds of any birds that might be out there. It just doesn't feel like Hawaii, more like a new community in Orange County. The pool, however, is lovely and... More

I gave my daughters a four day stay at unit 11C at Nihilani at Princeville. We were delighted with this unit. It is spacious and quiet and perfect for a family wanting a "home away from home" for vacation. The home was furnished to the last detail with everything we needed to care for our personal needs as well as... More

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at 24C. The condo was stacked with everything we could possible need. And the layout and design is beautiful. We loved every minute of our vacation in Kauai.

We stayed at a condo in the Nihilani Complex in March 2009, I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time! We rented through a private owner, their website is www.nihilanikauai.com. I can't remember the condo number, it might have been 5C....See their site for more information and pictures. They have a ground floor two bedroom unit... More

We really enjoyed our stay in 24C. It is set up well. We stayed there with my parents and our two kids. The 6 of us had lots of space and the bedroom set ups are nicely done. The location is close to everything on the North side of the island and not bad to the rest of the island.... More

We spent a week in Unit 27A with my family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 10) and had an amazing trip. The condo is absolutely beautiful, with every amenity you could possibly want. It was great to have a full kitchen so that we could prepare healthy meals for ourselves. The beds were comfortable and I loved going... More

The units are very nice but the overall complex has been built on top of each unit. The parking situation with each individual garages is very difficult and not very easy to get in and out of due to the way the units were built. There is vistor parking which you can't park in therefore you have to park by... More

Hawaii brags of "Aloha".. We experienced much of it in our travels on the island.... Too bad we stayed at Nihilani though. They boast of the beautiful pool.. Looks nice eh? NOT!! The waterfall was not on our entire stay. They claimed people try to ride down it. We were scolded by the management about the noise of our children,... More

This place looks beautiful in photos, but if you have kids BEWARE. The management at Nihilani is outright discriminatory against children. Pool looks nice -- great place for the kids to play, right? WRONG! If they make a peep, the management will be down your throats to tell them to be quiet, and not in a nice way either. Rude,... More

First off, let me say that the condo itself was beautiful and well appointed - we stayed for 5 days in May 2011. We had a 3 bed/2.5 bath condo (sorry, forgot the #) but it looks like all the condos are very nice. Ours had granite in the kitchen, new appliances, and it just made you feel at home... More
