This place was excellent except for the last year. Edee the wonderful host had gotten older and things went down hill. She now is in a nursing home and the B&B is closed and her home was sold off under her. Thanks to all who were great to her. We from Minnesota loved her and stayed with her 6 years. More

Ignore guide books. Read the Canadian's review also found here. Agree totally. Worst breakfasts I've had at a B&B--half grapefruit, cherry, serving of mush pan concoction. Notice the absence of protein. Tepid, semi-flavored, semi-brewed coffee. Took the entire day to eradicate the smell from nostrils and taste from tongue. Small apt (Victoria's Other Secret, perhaps should have remained so) has... More

Stayed in the studio apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, nice day bed, and wicker furniture. Edee is a very sweet hostess. Nice small breakfasts (french toast, and the like). Would recommend her B&B, although the studio apartment (out of her rooms offered) definitely seemed like the most private choice. More

My husband and I have stayed at Victoria Place 7 times. It is an affordable place to stay and Edee the host is wonderful. She had good advice about where to eat and things to do. She also does not take a commission from the places she recommends. She always is able to point you to a good happy hour,... More

After reading a most glowing review of this BNB, my wife and I thought that this would be a break from all the hotel accommodations we had lined up for our three week vacation. To keep it short Edee, was a very sweet lady. Her guestrooms though are in grave need of updating and a good cleaning. Bring lots of... More

Repeat Offenders, that is what we are and proud of it. I found Edee 7 years ago when my husband and I decided our big trip would be to Hawaii. Her website just drew me in and I had my mind made up, even after looking at other occomodations on the internet, that we were staying at this bed and... More

I stayed at this bnb based on good reviews from travel guide books. Well, it wasn't exacty what I expected in a bnb, but it was under $130 a night for a suite. Not too bad, but bring lots of bug spray. I was also expecting homemade muffins, breads, etc just like the reviewer of the travel books wrote. I... More

This was our first stay at a B&B. The owner is a wonderful lady that is eager to share her love of Kauai with you. The room was spacious and quiet, exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time here and hope to come back someday. More
