We came straight here from our wedding and it was perfect. Kekaha is far enough out that you feel separate from the gaudy resort areas. Jules & Patrick (and their parents) were great. As everyone else has said, we lived the personalized CD and rocked it all over the island. We stayed intone Ali'i suite and it was great, especially... More

We just got back from our trip to Kauai, thanks to trip advisor, we chose to stay at Hale Puka 'Ana. Our trip overall was great, one of the highlights of this trip being this wonderful bed and breakfast and the loving hosts. We stayed here for five nights in the Ali`i Suite. Our suite was upscale yet cozy and... More

This was our first trip to Kauai and what a wonderful experience. Jules and Patrick were the perfect hosts and travel advisers. Jules greeted us with leis when we arrived and fixed a great breakfast every morning. They created a CD of Hawaiian music to listen to in our Jeep, which we still play to remind us of the great... A wonderful B&B with attention to detail. From the first day being greeted with a smoothie on the 2nd flr lanai to music CDs for the car, we felt pampered. Jules put forth amazing breakfasts and your time to eat was flexible which was nice. We really liked having our own fridge in the room for the stay since we... More

This was a great place to stay in Kauai if you want to get away from the tourist hordes and hike the nearby trails. Jules and Patrick are the perfect hosts and make you feel like family. Every morning we anxiously awaited breakfast from Jules and knew it would sustain us way past lunch. Breakfast also included some whale watching... More

Our first trip to Kauai was perfect, in large part due to staying at Hale Puka 'Ana. As other reviewers have reported, the house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room at the back at the house and had plenty of room. We loved sitting on the second floor lanai overlooking the ocean. Every morning we would... More

Gorgeous property with space inside and out. No need to stay in your room here. Awesome 2nd story balcony with hammock, bench swing and breakfast tables and chairs. Only the best ocean views. Jules and Patrick were incredibly gracious hosts. They went out of their way for a group BBQ dinner our last night. Breakfast was always enjoyable. Jules made... More

My husband and I stayed at Hale Puka' Ana for a few days including New Year's eve 2011-2012. If going west in Kauai was the best decision we made on our trip, staying with at Patrick's lovely Bed and Breakfast was an even better one. Another advantage we had of course was that we incidentally had the whole place to... More

You can really get the feel of a community here. This is also the best home base for Waimea Canyon - we got up there and to the end lookout point before all those folks from Poipu made it. :) The view of the ocean is fantastic, and I loved that we had a separate entrance to our room so... More

Hale Puka 'Ana is a wonderful find! The rooms are attractive, very comfortable and we had the best views of the sunset from our lanai. The well equipped Tiki Hut in the yard was such a fun place to cook and eat our dinner. Jules and Patrick are very welcoming, gracious hosts and went above and beyond to be sure... More
