The accommodations were nice and spacious. We enjoyed the condo. It is back from the ocean quite a ways and has an outlook over a few golf fairways and greens. The pools are good, not awesome. And you cannot use the main Hilton complex pools if you stay at the Bay Club, unless you pay a fee. More

The HGVC at Waikoloa was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our washing machine and the maintenance staff promptly repaired the problem.
