We stayed at this hotel one month and had a great time, our kids had a swim with a dolphins right in the hotel artificial laguna filled with ocean water. Service is great, also we're really enjoyed Luau. Highly recommended!

The Hilton resort was just so so. Firstly, parking in the parking lot was a 15 min hike from the room. We stayed in the Palace building, after we requested to have a room in the Lagoon building many months n advance, but it was full. We get to our room which is a 10 ride on the tram or... More

We spent 7 days and 6 Nights at this resort. The place is huge. They have a tram running from end to end so access is very easy, They also have a boat you can ride from end to end from 2-10PM. Great scenery everywhere. Fish ponds. Nice beach at the private lagoon that opens out to the ocean. There... More

this is a great hotel if you have young kids. the pools are great (very cold though) and there's big slides and a man man beach in the lagoon where you can snorkel and swim with the sea turtles. they have a boat and a tram that you can take to different parts of the hotel. bigger nicer sand beaches... Stayed here in late May. The hotel is undergoing some much needed updating. The impact to date has been minimal. The lagoon tower has been gutted and is being redone, including the irregularly working airconditioning. You cannot hear the construction over in the palace and ocean towers. Impact on the lagoon beach and ocean tower pools is minimal. But the... More

Not our first choice for a vacation hotel but rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. In our opinion, the only downside is for people who like to leave their room to explore areas outside of the resort. Walking from a room in the Ocean Tower to the lobby (or parking lot) is a 20 min plus walk depending... More

Landscapes: Absolutely stunning grounds. Driving from the airport to the hotel gives no indication of how beautiful it will be. It's a manufactured oasis within a lava field, good or bad. Book a sunset dinner at the Provision Company one night for this and you won't be disappointed. There is not a bad spot within the resort to enjoy the... More

My family stayed at the Hilton for a 2 week vacation and never ran out of fun. the hotel is ginormous and you need to take the shuttle or the ferry boat every where, but after the first day you acclimate very easy to the daily shuffle. We had a great ocean front room that was always clean and fresh.... More

We loved it! Seemed more fairly priced than other close by resorts. Had great transportation around the resort, my son just loved the boats that take you to your room. Japanese restaurant was excellent, staff was friendly, rooms and grounds were clean. We will be back for sure!

Stay in this hotel in March for an annual conference - it should be my fourth time within 5 years in staying in this resort. The hotel is still in good shape - I believe the staff provides an awesome jobs in delivering the best customer service and maintenance service. The Big Breakfast is as great as before and the...
