I stayed with my husband at this hotel for 6 nights. We were part of a group and they chose this hotel - Pros: Great location: 20-25 minutes from airport. Close to shopping/restaurants. Good customer service/friendly staff. Located on the beach. Very comfortable bed/pillows. Decent food: we had the breakfast buffet, room service & poolside food. Highly recommend the pulled... More

The hotel is in a good location - right on the beach at Waikoloa. The rooms are clean and well-decorated with modern furniture but no wifi internet. We payed extra to stay in an "ocean view" room and ultimately concluded that it was not worth the additional cost. While it is true that you can catch a glimpse of the... More

This hotel was more my style as compared to the lodgings I stayed at on the other side of the island. An overall rating of very good here compared to a very good on the other side of the island is like comparing a filet mignon to a rump roast I just don't understand the comparison. Anyway, we had a... More

We pricelined this hotel for $100/night and with the resorts $25 resort fee it can't be beat! Wouldnt pay full price though...there are better hotels nearby for that. Pool was great and poolside service was awesome. Restaurant was okay but its still a resort restaurant. Other places to eat nearby so i wouldn't here. For the value though i give... More

Travelled with our two younger kids 9 and 4. Plenty of pools and hot tubs for everyone. One sandy bottom pool, one pool with a waterslide and one infinity pool, 3 hot tubs. Nice out door eating and bar (though we never ate at the hotel, so we can't review the food), the drinks were well served with poolside service.... More

Stayed here 4 nights recently. We really like this property. It's beautiful and the staff was nice. The pools are nice and were not crowded during our stay. The beach is really nice and nobody was out while we were there, so it felt like a private beach. You can hike along the beachfront past some beautiful houses to the... More

A few complaints about this resort, nothing major but annoying. First off we had a King sized bed in a room that was probably designed for a Queen bed. I was the lucky one who got to sleep on the wall side and I could literally reach out and very easily touch the wall without much effort when lying down.... More

We stayed here in January to beat the winter dull drums in Colorado. The property was clean and very well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a room with a partial ocean view that looked out at the pool area and were lucky enough to get to watch the luau dancers from our balcony! The buffet dinner... More

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here a few years back. It is our favorite spot even now. No other vacation has compared to the one when we stayed at this resort. They even have medical facilities because I had the flu when I arrived and they took care of me.

Got an upgraded room because of gold status. Won’t happen next year because they are taking that away, but that is another story. Property was older but in good shape. They have their own beach and pool area. Not a lot of shade in the lava fields. Staff was very friendly and took care of you. This hotel is 18... More
