This is a terrific hidden gem in the town of Volcano. The rooms are new with cork floors (cozy in this damp, chilly town), very clean, spacious with terrific views of the rainforest type garden the owners obviously take great pride in. The owners are also environmentally friendly which is nice to see. I can't say anything negative about this... more

We got the Volcano room, 2nd floor corner suite. Lovely lovely views, full kitchen, 3/4 bath (no tub just shower). Vaulted cielings, all wood. Beautiful room. So what's wrong? After reading the reviews here and seeing the pictures, I knew I would love this place, and I did. We were staying in Kona at a timeshare, but it is a 3 hour drive to the Volcano, so we needed somewhere to stay for one night.
