The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fine, but only one of the two owners was at all helpful. We felt they weren't really interested in having guests. There is a 'for sale' sign in the driveway. Maybe they're burnt out. It felt that way.

A quiet, affordable, cozy place on the Kohala coast. A much better alternative to the big, expensive resorts. A quick drive to area beaches and restaurants. Friendly hosts, good breakfasts. Great for couples or singles.

I booked this B&B to be further north than the regular hotels in Kona, closer to the ocean, and without having to take out a loan to stay at the area resorts.
