This is a great location. Walkable distance to downtown, and great for exploring volcano national park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them. Breakfast set up is interesting and works very well.

Maybe not in the best area of town, but this is a great little hotel and within easy walking distance of downtown. Comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, coffee & fresh fruit available anytime. Not to mention great value!

If you are basing yourself in Hilo for even a night, I absolutely recommend this place. We were going to get in a little late from our flight so we contacted the hotel, they left our key in a "special" place, easy to find and for us to check ourselves in. It was a part of our great experience for our family trip. Clean, Cozy and Comfortable. Not super great service but it was fine. I wanted to stay the other hotel but no regret. Would recommend this hotel for young people.
