The hotel has obviously seen better days. The spa was boarded up and closed. The restaurants that used to be there are closed,which is a shame. The walkways around the hotel lack safety railings and the abandoned swimming pool in the parking lot is unlocked and filled with water,algae and garbage. The room was newly renovated so was very clean and fresh. This hotel didn't cost much so . . . Our room was georgeous. Absolutely drop dead georgeous. It wasn't large but it was very nice. The only problem with the hotel is that it was under renovation. Stayed here for one night and omg it is depressing..loud construction in the morning, staff said was under renovations since 2007? and will end in 2010? the website shows a nice resort with brand new remodeled rooms, beware the place is a mess and part of it is remodeled very poorly the new rooms have tile floors so you can hear every little noise even the ding of the elevator and my room was at the other end of the hall, the sheets felt like newspaper... more

My colleague and I read the reviewes prior to checking into this hotel and were unsure of what to expect. Surprisingly the rooms were quite nice. Some rooms have microwaves.
