We thought the reviews were a bit daunting. We arrived to find out a new owner and management had taken over and had been making the Inn a nice place to be rooms were clean and appearence was clean. Clearly the new owners had done there homework. Exceptional service. We will come back again. More

We were on a family trip from Ks to Utah via Yellowstone. I wanted to stay in Thermopolis, as I remembered it from a trip when I was young (the 60's). The Fountain of Youth Inn sounded OK and the price was right. When we arrived, we asked for the best room available, partially because of the TripAdvisor reviews. It... More

The good- BBQ- that young man can really cook. Front desk- attentive service, mannerly friendly help, always available. Reasonable rates. Great central location close to historical museum and old town shopping. The bad- Dirty room carpeting. Walkways and parking lot needing swept of ciggies and trash. Broken door frame like it was kicked in. I put a chair under the... More

Booked here based on the ability to soak in their hot springs a couple of miles up the road at their RV Park. Manager (Steve) was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the fridge was a nice touch while traveling. Our flat screen tv had a fuzzy picture that couldn't be resolved, but we opted... More

I don't understand some of the other negative reviews. We were there on a Saturday night and there was no roudiness to be found. In fact, Thermopolis is a really nice little town. This hotel is old but, that's OK, it has historic charm. All in all I found it to be clean and well maintained with no trash in... More

I searched and booked this one online at.....shall we say, "The most popular locating/bidding website". Upon arrival, I found the place to be shabby overall. The building looked run down, and the parking lot had debris, including broken auto glass fragments, which in itself was not reassuring. The manager was atttentive enough, but seemed generally overwhelmed and his paperwork, etc,... More

Now I understand why it is the lowest price in town. We could feel the matress springs as we tried to sleep and the bed sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. They were too small for the bed. The wireless internet did not work in my room, but the management let me use the office computer to check my E-Mail.... More

We chose this motel not based on price, but mainly because if you stay there, you get to use their mineral pool, located up the road a piece at their RV park. The photos on their website looked decent. We're really not that hard to please, I just want a clean room and I'm fine! BUT...this motel is abismal. I... More

Purposes of cleanliness includes health, beauty, absence of offensive odor, avoidance of shame, and to avoid the spreading of dirt and contaminants to oneself and others We love going to this Hot springs but it is sad each visit shows less care for the property. Even if repairs are let go there is no excuse for the lack of cleaniness,... More

We apologize for the sub-standard experience you had at our Inn. In response, we have made many changes with management and staff to address some of the issues people are having with our Inn. With a new Head Housekeeper and staff, plus better quality control we are headed in the right direction. While there are still some changes we would... More

I'm usually able to roll with the punches, take the good with the bad. However, this place is at the bottom of all lodging I've stayed at in a lot of years. The carpet was two different style, two different colors and both very dirty. We only stayed here because everything else in this small town was booked up and... More
