We arrived on Friday afternoon for a two night stay and our room was ready. We stayed the night and when we came back on Saturday afternoon our room was not made up. The only amenity-in room cofffee was not replaced. This is the most I've paid for a room and the worst service. We met friends Saturday night and... More

I want to be very fair here. The reception staff were pleasant & helpful. The room was large though a bit dark & the beds were fantastic (pillows a bit less so). We are not fans of wash basins in the room & the bath/shower room was tiny. The toilet seat was coated in strange, bubbly paint which was very... More

We were pleasantly surprised with Riviera Lodge. Melina and Cassandra were friendly and welcoming. We drove over 400 miles the day we arrived for a one night stay. Walking to our 2nd story room was doable for these out-of-shape octegenarians. The bed was so comfortable you just sank into it. The pillows soft. It all made for a very comfortable... More

I was recently in Wyoming for a wedding and this was one of the accommodation choices listed on the invitation. I called and reserved a room and was all set to go. When I arrived, something had gone wrong with the reservation and they did not have a record of it. I am one of those people who base my... More

We stayed in suite here in the winter--quiet and comfortable. Added bonus that they are pet-friendly.

There was a lot of confusion when checking in, but we put this down to it being 4 July and an inexperienced member of staff. However, she was very apologetic and did ask for the help of the owner/manager to rectify her mistake - so no harm done. The room itself was very nice, we had a room overlooking the... More

My business partner and I shared a room at the Riviera. The $99.95 room had two queen beds, two sinks (one inside the bathroom, one outside), tub/shower, TV with lots of cable channels, microwave, refrigerator, iron with full-size ironing board and hair dryer. It was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the mattresses seemed new. Four small but very... More

We had a twin queen room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. This was very good value for money, and the room had everything you could want. We ate at the Wolf Hotel in the evening and this was good, and then we had breakfast at the restaurant next door and were... More

The Riviera Hotel is a wonderful, friendly, lodge where my husband and I frequently travel to simply 'get away from it all.' For about $250, we spend a weekend up in Saratoga, where we can: - take our dog for a long hike in the National Forest nearby, - drive the back roads to Saratoga, - take a float trip... More

One big problem with my stay in Saratoga is my cell phone company does not have an agreement with the local cell provider. August 23, 2006 I Stayed at the Saratoga Inn. All was great however they only had four rooms that had internet access. This visit to Saratoga I decided to stay at the Riviera. The internet works and... More
