We stayed in the HI at Roc Springs 2 years ago. The hotel is very well maintained. There was no cigarette smell in the area of the hotel in which we stayed. The room was large and had all amenities readily to hand, The bed was comfortable and gave a restful nights sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last few months when business travel took me to the Rock Springs area. The hotel itself is not so bad, although the hallways and most rooms smell of cigarette smoke, even though the rooms I stayed in are non-smoking.
The attached restaurant is HORRIBLE, avoid it at all costs....

We stayed here two nights for a hockey tournament. The hotel setup a breakfast for the team in the ballroom and let the kids play shinny hockey which was very thoughtful. The property is very clean and easy to get to.
