When I arrived the front desk staff was friendly and professional and the hotel looked much better than it had in the past. When I went to my room, I noticed all of the furniture was new and so was everything in the bathroom. I did experience one problem though - my heater didn't work. But, the front desk person... more

I was able to get a last-minute room at the Quality Inn without a problem. I arrived at 12:30 a.m. and the front desk associate was kind. The room was sufficient for six hours of sleep but nothing more. The carpet was ripped; the mattress (pad?) was ripped. If you need a place to stay this hotel will suffice; however,... more

When I drove up to the entrance, I knew that I had made a huge mistake. No one was too excited about checking me in; room was size of a walk-in closet..furniture so large, it was difficult to move about the room; halls were dark & dingy; one ice machine worked (kind of) area around the hotel was a disaster;... more

I actually used this same headline for another Quality Inn in Kansas City, MO. But, this one was worse. A very sad hotel. The front desk clerk was half awake and a little rude when we came in from driving 15 hours to get there. The town had a wind storm that night and after checking in, we had to... more

Dirty room, dirty halls and reception area. Terrible mattresses, poorly vacuumed, dirty mirror, filthy stairway, hair everywhere. Absolutely our worst stay on this three-week trip. You definitely do not want to stay at this dump! more

Absolutely the worst place I visited on my entire trip out west. The room smelled. The internet and the television didn't work. The restaraunt was horrible. And I woke up with a back ache from the bed. To top it off, it was the most expensive place I stayed in my two weeks on the road. I tried to talk... more

This is a dreary town and the hotel is also. The desk staff was very young and inexpereinced. Our room was a long way from the front desk and I had to make the trip there 4 times because of problems/needs. They advertise a guest laundry, but there is none and never has been. No free breakfast. Very noisy air... more

First, there was some confusion about our reservation, and then when we finally received our key card, it hadn't been reprogrammed, so my husband had to go back to the front desk to have that taken care of. Then, we started to unpack when we received a phone call saying they had mistakenly double-booked our room and we would have... more

Checked into a king room on the first floor. Found the bathroom sink with hair and toothpaste in it and a used washcloth drapped over on the shower rod. Reported this to the desk staff and was moved to another room on the first floor. This second room was worse than the first one. The floor had not been vacuumed... more

Above average food value but at breakfast saw food scraps on the carpet that were there the previous evening. Servers were very courteous and friendly. Desk clerk was particularly unfriendly. Secure free wireless internet access was inaccessible to me, the first such problem encountered in the 11 hotels/motels I have stayed in so far on this trip, with no contact... more
