My husband & I spent 4 nights for a much needed get away. As we were trying to spend an afternoon in our cabin it became terribly cold. We noticed maintenance must have come in our room earlier & messed with the heater, left & never told us it wasn't working. Now I'm under the covers trying to stay warm.... more

We recently stayed at the Inn for three nights, spending two nights in the least expensive cabin and the third in a cabin one step up (it had a fireplace). We can't say enough good things about the Inn. The staff was wonderful, the room was very pleasant and spacious with all the amenities, the breakfast every morning was OUTSTANDING.... more

Although this hotel is right in the town of Jackson, our cabin was very quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was great, and added to the value of the room. Access to Grand Teton National Park is very convenient as well. more

we went over valentine's day weekend. the staff was helpful and friendly with everything that we needed and the location was perfect. we were right in downtown and able to walk everywhere we needed to go. it was FREEZING however :) the breakfast was less than desirable on the down side... more

This is a hotel that has some excellent features but also needs help in some areas. The new (actually about a year old now) cabin rooms are quite nice in terms of comfort and amenities.
