We are Marriott rewards members and typically love Marriotts. When I saw ear plugs and a sound machine in my room, I assumed it was courtesy. We are on the third floor - what could possibly be that loud? Boy was I wrong. By 1 am, I figured it out - the freeway. It is so loud, I feel like... More

I agree with you 100% on the noise issue. We are in the process of testing a sound damping window to see how much difference it makes. Meanwhile, request the south side when you make reservations and we will do all we can to accommodate you. I am sorry you were so dissapointed with your stay and hope you would... More

Be sure to request a room in the even numbers, otherwise you'll be listening to the traffic from I-80 all night. Otherwise, the hotel, was new and clean, with spacious rooms. The check in desk needs some help as they weren't efficient or as knowledgeable as they should be, but otherwise no other issues. For Cheyenne, this is high class,... More

We do have a couple of newer front desk people who are training with a more senior desk clerk. I apologize for you getting stuck in the training process, but unfortunately the only way to polish a new person to the point of being able to work alone is to let them work the desk with someone nearby if they... Stayed at the Springhill Suites on a quick overnight trip to Cheyenne. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient upon our arrival (which was close to midnight). Hotel decor appears new or at least newly refurnished. Our hotel room was very clean, with plenty of room, high quality LCD television, and free wireless. Comfy beds. Just a large shower in... More

Thank you for staying at the SpringHill Suites while you were in Cheyenne. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your feed back. If you would rather have a tub/shower combination, please choose one of our double queen suites as all of our King Suites only have the showers. Judy More

We spent one night at this hotel, and wish it could have been longer. Beautiful room, spacious and plenty of amenities. Staff all very polite and pleasant. Breakfast very well appointed and Diane, working the breakfast area, was especially enjoyable. Anytime we are in Cheyenne, this is where we will stay. More

Here's the deal. Cheyenne is a missed opportunity. They need a business minded Mayor and City Council. Downtown desperately needs a classy hotel, restaurants and coffee shops that actually stay OPEN at night. So we were banished to the really generic Marriott. Not such a bad thing. It was clean and staffed with an accomodating desk clerk. I believe we... More

The Cheyenne Spring Hills Suites is a fairly new hotel. When coming into Cheyenne on 80 from the east you will not see the hotel from the interstate but it is within a 1/4 mile and kind of hidden behind the Holiday Inn. From the west on 80 it will be readily apparent where it is as you approach the... More

The Spring Hill Suites Mariott in Cheyenne is very nice hotel. Standard rooms include a small sitting area seperate from the sleeping area with fridge and microwave. Large screen TV visable from all areas. The room smelled fresh and clean. Bath was large and clean. There is a small grocery area with snacks, drinks, frozen dinners, asprin, etc. Good breakfast.... This is a fairly new, nice property. Room was clean and as advertised. First time i have ever been in a hotel that provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Understood why when i heard the noise from the highway - which is VERY close to the rooms on the highway side. Try to get a room on the... More

This was at least our third stay at this hotel. As always our room facing the parking was clean, spacey, had a refrigerator and microwave. The front desk clerk couldn't be more pleasant and accommodating. It is a very convenient hotel for our trips to or from Alaska. Pets are not allowed in this hotel and someone left a dog... More

Very nice! Clean, organized and convenient. No problems. Includes refrigerator which is nice because there isn't much in walking distance other than a gas station. Comfortable beds with nice size flat screen and desk work area. Great staff too! Very helpful. More
