First let me say that my husband I had no issues with the hotel itself. But, we did have one big issue with getting into the hotel. It was dark and as we exited the interstate we could see the hotel as they had a very large tall sign. The problem was finding the entrance as there was no lighting...

Other then my husband, Kenneth Perry slipping and falling on the ice by one of the entrance doors, we really enjoyed staying at the mote. I would like to see more safety of the guest as far as making sure all sidewalks and door entrances are cleared of any ice and/or snow.

I'll start by saying that this hotel was not one of the worst, I've ever stayed at. It just is simply below average. We found the rooms small. We found the hallways narrow and cramped. The cleanliness standard was less than at other LaQuinta Inns that I have observed. The breakfast room is small. The continental breakfast offerings are limited....

Nothing good to report here. Filthy conditions and very dated facility! If you have a pet, be prepared for it to be filthy too. The underbed experience is gross! There is no pet area outside. Poop is everywhere amongst the weeds. Even the internet had problems. Spent a considerable amount of time getting on wirelessly. Not a prob at the...

Positive things to note: good & friendly staff, comfy bed, good location, reliably decent breakfast buffet.
The not so good things to note: very old hotel that does not look like it's well maintained, our room was not very clean, new flat screens in all rooms but not all the channels work (MTV, TNT, Weather Channel were all not working),...

LaQuinta was always my go to for affordable lodging and I booked this property without looking at the reviews. BIG mistake. All the recent reviews are spot on. Two positives -- front desk staff was friendly both morning and evening and the shower water pressure was above average.
However....the bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned for a while (hair...

i have been staying at this LaQuinta property (Cheyenne, WY) at least 2-3 times per year, for the past 5-6 years. I specifically chose this property when another hotel changed their policies and would no longer accept smokers or pets. Until now I have been very pleased that the staff at this property know me, recognize me, and happily accommodate...

This hotel is disgusting! The lobby bathroom was gross and looked like something you would expect to find in a run down outdoor gas station bathroom. There was wadded up, dry toilet paper stuck to the wall and shower wall in the bathroom. There was someone else's clothes hanging in the closet. There were dirty footprints in the sink area....

They allow animals, so i guess they don't have to fix up the place! Everything seems run down. Bathroom in the room was very small, and had very old fixtures, that didn't work well. The luggage cart was even broken. Upon checking in, another customer reported that their air didn't work, and had to change rooms. Since it was midnight...
