Hotel is clean and relatively new. Front deskStaff was friendly. The bar and food servers were super helpful and nice. The food was big surprise. The selection of food on the menu, the quality of food and the portions were AWESOME. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area or just passing through like I was.

Our first taste of this place started when we got picked up at the airport by a van driver who looked disshevelled, his shirt was untucked, he was covered in tatoos and to be honest looked like he just got out of prison. This is a great hotel to stay at in Casper. Clean, beautiful rooms, wonderful beds, inexpensive continental breakfast or full breakfast bar. Exceptional staff and great atmosphere. The front lobby is sunlit and beautiful furnishings. The business rooms are comfortable. Available tea and coffee was nice. The room was clean and great furnishings.

I was in Casper for a few day for business and found the Hilton Garden Inn to be very comfortable. Staff was very attentive to my needs, And location was perfect for my work. My co-workers and I had breakfast at the restaurant and the food and service was great.

We experienced very poor service. There was a long wait time for dinner and the waitress didn't acknowledge for over 20 minutes with only two other tables of people. We stayed there on the 9TH of March, stayed in room 333. the coffee pot didn't work unless you put pressure on the top of the pot. toilet had a chip off of the lid. the alarm clock had a missing battery lid. couldn't figure the alarm clock went off at 2 in the morning. bed closest to the window... Great place to stay. Super nice hotel. Wired connection didn't work, but wireless did slowly. Everything else was nice!!! Treadmills were really nice in the gym, and would stay again for the fitness center.
