We stayed a week at the hotel for business purposes, and the hotel staff was very helpful in placing small refridgerators in our hotel rooms for our extended stay. There is some updating being done in the hotel, but it's very nice and open. The pool would be fantastic for families traveling with younger children, as there is a fish... more

I have actually been here since June 1ST and have gotten to know some if not most of the hotel staff. They know that I have a long stay here-only going home on the weekends, and they have done everything to make my stay comfortable, doing everything I have asked. Some of the personnel that I am close to are... more

Only used this hotel as a stopover. I like Best Western and this one did not dissapoint. Resturant a bit pricey, but a modest diner next door. rooms clean and staff more than helpfull. more

What can I say? Beautiful town, we needed a hotel right off I-25. The hotel was clean, but somewhat behind the times. Beds were OK, nothing super, staff was very helpful, friendly, fresh cookies in the lobby. Game room, kiddie pool were a plus with our 10 year old boy! All in all it was a good place to sleep... more

Checkin was great. The employee was very nice. I had asked for a roll away and reminded her while I was at the desk and I also asked for extra towels at the same time. Everything was delivered within 10 minutes. The bathroom was clean. Towels very small and thin. The room was clean. We were given a room facing... more

Sorry is the byword of this hotel, I must report. I like Best Western associate motels by and large, but this one is really below par. I have a handicapped son, and got a handicapped room. One bed cover smelled of BenGay, the rug was heaved up, the curtains were water-stained and there were other small warnings of what was... more

I found my stay to be pleasent and the staff accomodating. They were quite happy to shuttle me about the town and when I couldn't phone home, they let me use the reception phone - free of charge. The room was nice and clean and staff excellent. The only slight issue I had was being collected from the aiport. By... more

We stayed one night and could not check out early enough. Does Best Western not have any standards?? Our "non-smoking" room seemed to be located right in the middle of the smoking section, and the room stunk of smoke and mildew. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and gray (but supposed to be white). The floor was disgustingly filthy(my daughter's... more

Due to a change in travel plans we spent the night in Casper, Wyoming last Friday night (September 26th, 2008). Because this was a last minute change in our plans we didn’t have time to spend looking around for a motel, but we thought we should be safe staying at a Best Western. As it turns out, we were sorely... more
