Average hotel, nothing special... Check out other hotels if possible. Food options are pretty good in this area and hotel was helpful in locating options. Staff very helpful however hotel rooms were average at best.

This is a newer hotel in West Bend and it is okay. I tried it for a birthday party and with the room size and area of the hotel, I was hoping for more. The breakfast is good, and offers options for children. The pool is nice and kept clean. Again satisfactory.

Very nice and clean place. close to many other sites and cities. Desk staff had map quest directions on hand to give out for dinning and entertainment. close to Milwaukee without all the big city traffic. That was very nice. Breakfast was great. You do not find many hotels that have this kind of complimentary breakfast very often.

This is a great hotel It is very clean and the rooms are very nice. We stayed in a suite and it had a great deal of room. Very up to date furnishings. The breakfast is wonderful, so many choice! The staff was super kind and efficient! We will be back for sure.
