Cleanliness is the most important aspect of my stay at any hotel. This hotel was very clean. I never once worried about the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly. They have a nice breakfast in the morning. They have a very comfortable atmosphere there. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. More

When we made reservations, we were assured guaranteeing our late arrival would not be a problem, and it wasn't. I have family in Waupun and I have stayed at this Americinn since it opened. I stay here 2 or 3 times a year since its opening years ago. The lobby has been renovated but my room certainly had not been. I did have a room refrigerator which was good. The bathroom needs a very thorough cleaning and grout work.... More

Stayed one night with my family- king bed and sofa sleeper, executive suite- very out dated and felt unclean. Bed uncomfortable and didn't get a good night's sleep. Pool was big and so was the hot tub, breakfast was good and the staff was nice. More
