A wonderful evening. Inn Keeper Denis and his staff are outstanding. The rooms are extremely comfortable and match the name of White Lace. Lot's of flowers. The courtyard is a wonderful place to spend an evening or afternoon. The location is perfect for exploring town. I will return! more

Why must all B & B's be so grandmotherish? Why can't they have modern decor without doilies, ruffles and floral prints? As an example, check out Black Walnut Manor in Vineland Ontario. Not a doily to be seen, yet one of the most romantic places to stay that I've ever enjoyed. I guess people just like this stuff. Not me.... more

We stayed at the White Lace Inn on our way up to a camping trip on Rock Island. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly innkeeper Dennis. Door County is a wonderful desitnaltion Perfect if you are looking for quiet and quality. Sturgeon Bay is not one of the hopping towns in Door County, but rather a respite from the crowds, yet close enough to enjoy the whole area. A variety of shops, resturants and beautiful fall colors. more

My husband and I have stayed here on 2 different occasions. I am the ultra-pickiest person on the planet, yet I cannot find anything I do not like here. It is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, it is peaceful, you feel like you are being spoiled to death in the comfort of your grandmother's house. more
