My husband & I were in town for a class reunion and stayed two nights. For $89/night IN REEDSBURG!! I expected a much nicer place. The pluses first - The shower was the best thing of our stay - very strong water pressure! The room had a working fridge which was nice and we received coupons for a free drink... More

My husband and I have been coming for the winter jamboree for the last 6 years. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The rooms do need some renovating though. I wrongly assumed that we would get a queen size bed as always. Wrong-we got rock hard double beds. Tiles falling off the bathroom walls,a handicapped toilet( my feet dangled) Marty's... More

My reservation could not be found, even though I arrived with confirmation and "welcome" e-mail in hand. I was assured that they'd make sure I didn't get double-billed or charged a no-show fee because of the mix-up ... the assurance didn't hold up; I got billed a no-show fee AND the regular room fee. Took a couple hours of my... More

Weird stay. They didn't have a record of our reservation, despite having sent out the confirmatory and "welcoming" e-mails. The lady at the desk was very helpful about searching the database and eventually locating enough information to know that there was a reservation somewhere in their system. The room was pretty much normal -- until the fire alarm sounded beeping... More

Their food is always outstanding and they proved it once again at our wedding reception held at their hall! The service was Excellent! All the guests went away full and still rave about how good the food tasted! The rooms make you feel like you're at home, comfortable, quiet, included refrig. and microwave! All the guests who attended our wedding... More

I chose this hotel for room with the big jacuzzi after a 60 mile bicycle ride from Sparta, and was not disappointed. Takes the soreness right out. I was allowed to keep my bike in my room. Some minor problems were quickly solved by the staff. Had a great meal and conversation with other guests in the Black Squirrel Lounge.... More

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I've eaten at Marty's several times, and it's always been delicious. Their prime rib dinner is very good, especially with their nicely stocked salad bar, and it's especially satisfying after a day riding the 400 Trail! More

This is an old smelly hotel. The hallways smelled stale. The mattress was hard as a rock. Everything is OLD in this hotel and it certainly needs a totaly renovation. The only nice part of this trip was a wonderful staff. Quite friendly. But next time I will find a more comfortable, clean hotel. More

I stayed at the Voyageur this past October. The staff was wonderful - very friendly, and the room was great! I couldn't believe how clean and orderly the place was. Or how big! By far the nicest hotel room I've stayed in. Plus they have a hallway full of Norman Rockwell pictures and magazines and stuff up. It wasn't finished... More
