“Facility has deteriorated”

very cold bathroom on arrival. dirty stairwell. no staff to launder towels, had to wait for front desk to do laundry. worn out bed was very lumpy, mattress pad did not fit tight. need to replace mattress. cheap shampoo didn't clean, no lotion available.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, but always expect cleanliness. I'm a swimming pool contractor and technician, and I didn't want to breathe the ammonia fumes coming off the pool, much less get into it. The staff was not helpful. The hot tub was not working. There were bugs in the rooms.
