Air conditioning was broken. I had five rooms under my reservation and they could only bring up one fan for 1 room. I called to complain 3 times after we left and the manager never called back. Once more I apologize for the lack of AC. The sudden switch from cold to hot was unfortunate. It takes several days to convert to AC. However, there is no excuse for any uncleanliness. When we hear comments in this regard, we are determined to correct our operations and make immediate improvements. Thank you for the comments. More
