Sort of a standard Residence Inn. Our room, 1024, a pent-house unit, was dated, but was clean. Nothing special that would make this hotel stand out among other Residence Inns. more

This was a great place to bring my boss! We saved major money with all of the free meals and the rooms were huge. I was very happy with the way we were treated. We were with Johnson Control and we will be staying at this hotel again. more

I loved this hotel. We had stayed there a year ago and it needed a refresh!! WE stayed there this time and it was WONDERFUL!! ALL STAINLESS STEEL! I looked and felt clean when you walked in. We were able to take advantage of a discount rate which made our room only $80/night, which was very reasonable. The room was spacious, with a fold-out couch and plenty of room for a pack-n-play for our infant. Our room had a terrible cleaner smell, though--so strong that we had to open all of our windows on a chilly night... more

I highly recommend NEVER to stay at this hotel. The rooms are filthy and they double charged my credit card for my stay. After one entire week of me calling them over and over I was finally credited the double amount charged. Management here is a joke. Housekeeping is horrible. We stayed 2 nights in Glendale and were pleased. Our stay was during a heavy snow storm and the maintenance staff were quick to salt and shovel the walkways. We couldn't believe how gorgeously appointed this suite was. It was a duplex small condo with a large king bedroom, pullout couch in living room, full size bed upstairs and two full baths. Dark rooms, mold, doors don't shut, breakfast at 6 but cold coffee until 7-7:30 & so on. Towels are changed but no vacuums. There seems to be a lot of staff but they can't do anything without checking first and the franchise owner should be there much more often if that's how he's going to run his place. more
