Great stay at the Abbey. Tremendous staff from the Bellmen to the waiters and bartenders. Loved the atmosphere and the pool area. The Fontana Grill was a fabulous meal with a large strip steak cooked to perfection and incredible flavor. Can't say anything negative about our stay. What a truly special place.

Rooms are comfortable and in good condition. Nice decor but not spectacular. Facilities were clean except for the stairways, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned for several weeks. We visited the Abbey for a combination anniversary/trip with kids. We had booked 4 nights there.
My first impression was made when booking the room. Excellent customer service and very fair rates for a full service resort.

My room was amazing with classic boat house decor overlooking Lake Geneva. Every morning I would walk out my balcony door to drink my morning coffee and catch the beautiful views of the lake. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food for our events were wonderful. I would definitely come back with my family for a visit.

My stay was absolutely perfect from check-in to check-out! The staff is warm and welcoming and their hospitality was genuine. Hotel was very clean, well maintained and it was clear that the team there takes a great deal of pride in the resort. I couldn't ask for any better service through out the resort and they easily surpass the competition.
