My sister and I stayed here because we were attending a family wedding that was being held in the adjacent restaurant. We figured how bad could it be. Well it was bad! As soon as we walked in we knew we were in trouble. First of all, the smell about knocked us over. Smoky and another smell I couldn't put my finger on. My sister said it was dirty. I don't know how long it had been since the room had been dusted, but there was a thick coating of dust on everything. And to top it off, the room was filled with flies. We spent the first 45 minute there swatting flies. We should have jjust left, but it was payed for already and it would have been a hassle. Miraculously, the sheets were clean(otherwise we would have left) and the bathroom was clean enough(barely). When you go to the motel website it boast that the rooms were redone in Jan. 2009. I can't imagine what the room must have looked like before being redone! Very shabby and filthy room! Don't go there!!! more
