“Great value and stay”

Stayed for an overnighter - just as a small get away from kiddos. right by some great dinner selections, shopping and a bar we enjoy. customer service was great, nice room. pool and hot tub a bit small...but nice and heated! More

I would not reccomend the Double Tree in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The room that I stayed in had a lumpy bed that leaned to the center, had luke warm water in the shower and had blinds that would not fully close to block out the light at night. For the price, there are too many other choices. More

We have reviewed your comments regarding your stay and sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. The maintenance staff have addressed the water issue along with the mattress. All of our rooms do have darkening shades that close completly behind the sheer curtains. Thank you for your response; without guest feedback we aren't able to improve our service. More

This was a great business trip stop, and near a great restaurant called Cooper's Hawk, which was outstanding food (larger meals, steak, sea-food, big food) with their own winery and wine-tasting in the lobby. Typical business-trip hotel, met all my needs. Not a luxury place, but all I needed. Their internet was free and their wi-fi had a strong signal.... More

TV's not the best, but who has much time on vacation to watch TV. internet access is good. Room was clean and beds really comfortable. There was a large Christmas party right down the hall so the access to the front desk was blocked off, but since the hotel is in a circle you could go the long way around... More

A good example of a DoubleTree. Though some areas of the hotel do remind you of it's age, the rooms are fresh, nice and clean. the bar is comfortable and the breakfast great. More

We have been coming to the Double Treein Brookfield for years. It is located in a tucked away area, is very quiet and provides a reasonable get-away. The chocolate chip cookies are out of this world. buy a tin of them you won't regret it! More
