We had a outdoors adventure group of 9 people (2 girls/7guys) who came to Seneca Rocks to hike, rock climb, horseback ride and go caving. We all had a blast. We stayed in the bunkhouse as an alternative to camping as the weather was calling for rain and low temperatures. The bunkhouse was fine. Yes it was dusty. Yes you... more

I just wanted to say what a disappointment it was to stay at this campground last weekend. My family were total of 11 with children. We stayed in the number one bunk house. We have stayed in many campgrounds in the past. The bathrooms were in need of maintenance and paint badly. The bunk house was OK after a thorough... more

We stayed in a 12 bed bunkhouse to try and make the trip affordable for all of my family members. It had not been cleaned since who knows when. My father had to check every bunk for bugs, which were abundant. The bathroom nearest our camp area was so disgusting and falling apart that every member of our twelve person... more

We traveled by motorcycle with 2 other couples and each of us stayed in the rooms above the store. We had a wonderful visit and the rooms were everything that we needed. They were clean and we enjoyed out stay so much that next week we are traveling 5 hours back to enjoy the campground as well. more

We stayed in a cabin in July hoping for a nice getaway, only to be horribly disgusted-disappointed isn't a strong enough word. I strongly suggest that no one stay here. I understand it was supposed to be a "rustic cabin" setting, and I wasn't expecting modern day accomodations, but I did expect to find clean sheets, towels, and dishes. The... more

This was our second stay in Yokum's kitchenette rooms above the store. The people who checked us in downstairs were friendly and helpful. A balcony provides access to the rooms, and benches and swings give the guests a nice place to sit. There's a great view of the rocks, and plenty of human activity to keep people-watchers entertained. The room,... more

yokum's has a wide variety of accomodations, so you need to read all these reviews to get the mix! i stayed at the old motel down the road from the central command, and it certainly was not generic! It was a mix of good and poor, so it depends on your needs whether you loke it or not-- my friend... more

We stayed at Yokum's during Labor Day Weekend to do some local hiking and a caving trip (recommend http://wildguyde.com). The cabins were already booked, and I wasn't very confident in the motel rooms, so my girlfriend and I decided to stay at their campground, although the other couple we went with stayed at a motel room. Good decision. The other... more

The cabin was new and nice (workmanship had a little to be desired). If you are renting it for the hot tub, ask them to change the water or at least make sure the water is clear. The water in the hot tub was too cloudy for us. We stayed in the new cabin #3 - it is the most... more

We were in WV for the Chriatian Sport Bike Assocation National Rally. After our orginal accomodations were forced to be cancelled by Smoke Hole Caverns/Lodge (DON'T STAY THERE!), we found Yokum's Vacation Land just down the road. Yokums has serval motel/cabin and camping options. We originally were going to stay in the older motel but after seeing the room decided... more
