Room keys had to be re programmed several times and then replaced. Telephone system inoperatable and the staff seemed not to care and repairs took hours. Hallways were plugged with previous nights dishes, trays and empties at our check in time of 5pm. Staff finally got around to it. More of a care less attitude than anything else. More

First time staying at this property but would do so again if in the area. Location is a bit off the highway but the location in a new upscale shopping development is a plus.
