This is a very nice hotel and a good rate. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room (king suite) was nice and clean but could of been bigger (the suite at the Holiday Inn express in Cincinnati was huge compared to this). The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. 2 complaints - First, we requested a non-smoking, handicapped room. The hotel was sold out and we got a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor which was not handicapped. As soon as got off the elevator on the third floor the smoke smell was overwhelming. The room itself did not smell but it will soon, the hotel is brand new.... more
