Dave and Paula have a very nice setup here and it's in line with hotel chain prices. Was only there one night so didn't spend any time exploring their 19+ acre property but it's very nice and well kept. Breakfast was excellent! Oatmeal pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage plus homemade berry juice. Fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. More

Myself and two of my friends took a motorcycle trip from Boston to West Virginia and on Sunday night we stumbled upon this bed+breakfast. The rooms were very pleasant and the bathroom was impeccable. The house and property are truly incredible, being that they're nestled on a hill and the whole town is basically in the mountains! The owners were... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. Came to ride our bikes on the Greenbrier Trail. Breakfasts were great. Had dinner here one night too and it was outstanding. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff is hard-working and very friendly. More

We stumbled upon this B&B quite by accident and are so glad that we did. Paula was so helpful from the very beginning by suggesting sights to see in the area. We were a little surprised at first about not locking our room, but it was actually refreshing. Just a different way of life from what we are used to.... More

Simply stated, this is a wonderful bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Almost Heaven room on the 3rd floor, and it was a wonderful, spacious, accommodating room. The hosts are wonderful people. I plan on returning as go back to explore more of wild and wonderful West Virginia. Also, you have to try the day spa. Dave and Paula... More

We had a very relaxing weekend at Locust Hill. The owners were personable, informative, and unobtrusive hosts who served a generous and well-rounded breakfast each morning. The inn is located on a lovely piece of property and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings sitting on the front porch or walking the grounds sipping wine and watching the deer and the... More

We spent 2 nights at Locust Hill while riding on the Greenbrier River Trail. Both the trail and this B&B were wonderful. We loved the big front porch at Locust Hill. What a wonderful way to wind down after a day of biking. Dave and Paula are incredible hosts. They went out of their way to make sure all our... More

What a wonderful bed and breakfast. Dave and Paula were cordial, friendly hosts, the house and grounds were neatly kept, our room was nicely furnished and clean, and the breakfasts were filling and quite tasty. For down time we walked the 20 acre grounds or sat on the swing or wicker furniture on the length-of-the-house front porch - a nice... More

We travel alot (from Alaska to Panama, Central America)) and this B&B is one of the very few places we go back year after year (about 5 yrs now). We now have several friends that go with us. This year was our 3rd annual get together where we rented the whole place and we are doing it again next year.... More
