During our week stay in Charleston, WV we had an amazing experience with Holiday Inn & Suites. The lobby and pool area are absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant/lounge is extremely clean with great food and reasonable prices. ALL staff members are very accommodating and very friendly!

Attended a workshop here and found the renovations very well done. It had a very nice indoor pool and spa, work-out room, and large meeting and dining rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice clean, very comfortable room. Not having to hunt supper for a one night stay is awesome. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Not the best location, but would definately stay here again. Desk attendants were also very helpful and nice.

We are finding that Holiday Inn and Express have figured out their target market. They are consistent with clean rooms, free WiFi, convenient locations, good complimentary breakfast, and value pricing. I'm not spending vacation there, but as a waypoint or business trip- it works really well. You know what to expect and that's a good thing these days.

Someone really stepped up this hotel's game! It looks nothing like the old Ramada Inn anymore! The lobby is beautiful, sleeping rooms are nice, clean and welcoming, meeting room are spacious and clean, pool area is great!

We stayed here for a photography convention. We had a King suite which was very well appointed. Very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. We did not use the fitness area but did use the pool for a photography shoot. It's a beautiful property.
