Everything about this hotel is average at best. No free breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was polite but service was slow. Parking is plentiful and the exit has lots to offer. Rooms are standard, nothing fancy or new.

Beckley was a half way point on our way south. Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Food in the restaurant was average. The coffee is in desperate need of a makeover though. It was so weak, it looked like brown water. Other than that, it satisfactory for our needs; very convenient location.

This is the stopover town for our annual trip to Raleigh, NC. I tried Priceline for the first time and requested a 3 star hotel. Rate was good and was totally satisfied with this hotel. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean, clean, clean. Totally satisfied and will be back!
