All of the rooms are now remodled, very nicely done, the lobby has new furniture and is nicely decorated, cozy fireplace, and a computer if you need it, the staff will print out your bording pass if that's what you need. The patio has new fruniture and is landscaped. Not sure if the pool area is finished yet.

I have stayed at this Best Western many times and will continue to come here. The staff are friendly and their breakfast selection is great. Shutle service to hotel from airport was very handy. Plenty of places close to SouthCenter.Staff at hotel was very nice. Beds were great. Earplugs work if you don't like the sound of train whistles. Bigger breakfast varities than most places. Some of hotel was older but it made no difference in the quality of the place.

We stayed in this hotel because it was so highly rated by other reviewers. However, we feel a bit mislead. Granted, the hotel is so close to the Pacific Northwest's largest mall so for shoppers that is great. And, it's close to the SeaTac airport and runs free shuttles. we arrived at 11am at the hotel. The front desk was really helpful and arranged a room for us right away. The room was clean.

It's really hard to rate a hotel such as this. The TripAdvisor rating scale doesn't really correspond with the "star" level that you see on most travel sites. But the "4-star" TripAdvisor level of "Very Good" aptly describes this property for what it is.
