We are staying here because of smoke damage to our house. Been here a week and the staff has been absolutely amazing. Breakfast is great, hot buffet with good variety, something for everyone. Nice hotel, nice staff, free breakfast but nothing can overcome the fact that very loud trains are 100 yards away and come thru several times per night. It's not their fault, but I'll never stay here again. Also their internet connection is unreliable, even the front desk people acknowledge that they have internet problems. More

We booked our room 3 weeks before our stay, on the Holiday Inn website they charged our card so the room rate was paid in advance. We arrived to check-in only to be told they had overbooked and did not have a room for us. They offered no other explanation, only that they have been turning others away too. Horrible... More
