We had the big blue room for three people since we were traveling with our son. The room is spacious and clean with a large closet and lots of storage. The house is beautiful and the people were very nice. HOWEVER - it was a hot night in Spokane and the room had no ventilation from the window. I usually don't use the A/C but I was forced to. Our establishment was built in 1908 and runs on radiant heat so centralized air is not an option unfortunately! We do have air conditioners in each bedroom that also have the option of running as fans only. Each bedroom has a minimum of 2 large windows to allow for a breeze and cross ventilation. You are truly taken care of at Marianna Stoltz House Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast is out-of-this-world. It's so good. It's within comfortable walking distance to Gonzaga University (which is why I stayed here for 3 nights). More

A beautiful 1908 home. Our visit was in the largest room, across the entire front of the house.
